Nila Bade Shrestha is a Senior Lecturer in Civil Engineering Department at National College of Engineering since 2016. Ms. Bade received her master’s degree in Earthquake Engineering in 2019 from Khwopa Engineering College, Purbanchal University. Maters Dissertation is on “Effectiveness of Lead Plug Bearing in RC Frame Building”. She received her membership in Nepal Engineering Council in 2012.
Started her career as a Civil Instructor in 2012 at Nepal Banepa Polytechnic Institute one of the constituent institute of the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training. Participated in various training programs, international conferences, seminars and case studies. She had supervised building projects for Civil Engineering students. She worked as a design engineer and site engineer on different building projects. She has skills and competencies on softwares as: SAP, SWDTM, GIS, AutoCAD, ETABS, etc.
