Subash Panday is a Computer Engineer and Senior Lecturer at National College of Engineering (NCE). He graduated from National College of Engineering with first class honors in Bachelor of Computer Engineering and obtained his ME degree in Computer Engineering from Nepal College of Information and Technology, Pokhara University.
Er. Panday began his academic career at the National College of Engineering, as a Teaching Assistant and now is currently working as a Senior Lecturer and Co-Ordinator at the Department of Computer and Electronics Engineering, NCE. He is also working as visiting faculty for Master of Computer Science at IIMS College, Taylor’s University, Malaysia.
Mr. Panday has authored and co-authored many Journals which are published in IEEE, NJSE, InJET. His paper on “Image Steganography Approach Based Ant Colony Optimization with Triangular Chaotic Map” was awarded best paper in IEEE Innovative Practices in Technology and Management (ICIPTM) Conference held on 2020.
