Duties and Responsibilities

The Grievances & Counselling Division responsible for:

  1. Emotional and Psychological Support
  • Providing confidential one-to-one counselling sessions to address progress and academic concerns.
  • Organizing group counselling sessions to promote peer support and collective effort to overcome common student challenges.
  1. Academic and Career Guidance
  • Assisting students in overcoming academic difficulties, including time management, effective study techniques, and learning strategies.

  • Confidentiality in all counselling interactions.
