Duties and Responsibilities
The Grievances & Counselling Division responsible for:
- Emotional and Psychological Support
- Providing confidential one-to-one counselling sessions to address progress and academic concerns.
- Organizing group counselling sessions to promote peer support and collective effort to overcome common student challenges.
- Academic and Career Guidance
- Assisting students in overcoming academic difficulties, including time management, effective study techniques, and learning strategies.
- Confidentiality and Ethical Standards
- Confidentiality in all counselling interactions.
- Ethical practices in counselling and student support.
Ensuring the protection of student data and records.
