With the extension of the deadline to submit the initial proposal for screening purposes, the timeline has been rescheduled as follows:

I. Timeline (Prior to Awarding Grant):

  • Detail Proposal Submission Deadline: 20th January 2026
  • Notice for Final Presentation for Selected Applicant: 3rd April 2026
  • Final Presentation for Selected Candidate: 21st-25th April, 2026
  • Grant Award Notifications: 9th May 2026

J. Timeline (Following Grant Award)

  • Release of Grant Fund (First Portion): First/Second Week of June, 2026
  • Beginning of the Project: June 2026
  • Mid-term Report: Milestone 1: Submission of Deliverables: November 2026
  • Project Completion: Milestone 2: Submission of Deliverables: June 2027
  • Final Report followed by a presentation: July 2027
