NCE Merit-Based Sliding Fee Structure
One of the distinctive features of National College of Engineering is its Merit-Based Sliding Fee Structure, designed to reward students who excel in the IOE Entrance Examination.
Students securing higher entrance rankings receive greater tuition fee concessions, allowing academically talented students to pursue engineering education at significantly reduced costs. This transparent and merit-based system promotes academic excellence while making quality engineering education more affordable.
For Admission 2083, students securing the following IOE Entrance Examination ranks will be eligible for a Full Scholarship (Equivalent to the IOE Regular Fee) under the NCE Sliding Fee Structure.

IOE-Mandated Scholarships
As an institution affiliated with the Institute of Engineering (IOE), Tribhuvan University, National College of Engineering provides scholarships in accordance with the scholarship policies and provisions prescribed by IOE.
Eligible students are selected strictly following the prevailing IOE rules and regulations.

- IOE Semester Topper: 100% waiver on all subsequent college fees.
- NCE Semester Topper: 50% waiver on the semester fee for the following semester.
- Consistency Bonus: 50% waiver on the semester fee of the final (8th) semester for students passing IOE exam regularly up to 7th semester.
